I know I am a little bit late on his but I have been busy on over stuff and I needed to do a little research as well.
So this was the final episode of the current series and aren’t I going to miss it all until later in the year.
Well on Sunday we saw the new Ferrari 458, Which I must say looks brilliant and sounds even better. I expected something that looked brilliant but had the insides of jelly. Or when you put your foot down the car just fell apart. But no this is a true driving dream.
Anyway the main aim in this was to show that England did make some brilliant cars in the 70′s. Even though everything fell apart and now there is no sure thing as a British car. I mean to be honest in today’s world if you want a British car you have to look at buying a specialist car that no one has heard of. You know the type it will probably cost you your house then you will find out that 40% of the car is made from a Mazda rx8 or something.
No I agree with the team look at the names TVR, MG, triumph, Jensen heley. These were cars that made britain, I mean TVR’s would get test drove near Blackpool. I would of loved to of lived on that road when I was a kid.
Anyway the chaps were given challenges that would show they are better than the hot hatches that eventually where the down fall of the British racers.
In the end the plucky British cars won. Makes you proud to be British didn’t it.
Ah before I forget where has this seventh episode I was promised disappeared to?
Well I looked into all the places where they originally said that top gear was on for seven episodes and not six. And they babe all changed now. They are now all stating that the series is six episodes long.
It is late at night and I cannot be bothered finding out why this change has been done but it has never the less.
If you could see through this helmet you would see a grown stig cry tears of oil.
